Advik Travels’ #Quotations, #Flight Numbers and proposed #Hotels are subject to change until confirmed. All hotels and flights mentioned in our cost quotes are only proposed ones, but we are not able to guarantee availability until we have secured the booking after receiving your acceptance of our proposal and an advance deposit. If we are not able to book what we have proposed, we will give you alternative options and ask for your approval before securing the booking.

The receipt of your deposit and/or final payment will indicate that you have read these Terms and Conditions, and that you have accepted them.

The Terms and Conditions below form the basis of the contractual relationship between Advik Travels and its clients. It is extremely important that our clients understand and accept these Terms and Conditions.

 

Payments

A deposit of 20% of the total invoice is required (unless specified otherwise in certain cases) to proceed with the reservations and send you a status report.

Payments of deposits and final amounts can be made either by Visa, Master Card or American Express via our Secure Server or via Electronic Transfer to our bank account through internet banking process (details will be provided upon knowing your choice to pay by us).

The balance of payment is due on arrival in the City/Country of commencing your tour (unless specified otherwise in certain cases) and can be made using #cash or #travelers cheque or cashier cheque.

 

Amendment

We do not encourage changes in the confirmed arrangements. But, we deeply understand that it cannot be struck out, so if you still need to make amendments in the arrangements already confirmed, we will do all possible to accommodate the changes, depending on the availability for the new requirements. However, the changes will be subject to certain amendment / administration charges.

 

Cancellation and Refund

We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to India and/or other destinations, however we understand that there are many valid reasons that this can happen. Cancellation request must be notified in writing and will take effect the day it is received by Advik Travels.

The following penalties will apply:

• Cancellation more than 30 days prior to start date of tour – 10% of total tour cost OR USD 100 whichever is greater
• Cancellation less than 30 days but more than 15 days prior to start date of tour – 25% of tour cost OR USD 200 whichever is greater
• Cancellation less than 14 days but more than 8 days prior to start date of tour – 50% of tour cost OR USD 300 whichever is greater
• Cancellation less than 7 days prior to start date of tour and/or ‘No Show’ – 100% of tour cost

Note: Written cancellation will be accepted on all working days, except Sundays. Cancellation sent on Sundays will be considered on next working day (Monday).

Any cancellation, for Christmas and New Year period from 20th Dec to 05th Jan the payment is non-refundable.

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

 

Wildlife Safaris Cancellation

All the wildlife safaris booked into any of Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non refundable. Even date change request will be considered as cancellation and no payment will be refunded/ adjusted against it.

 

Hotel Check-in/Check-out Time

The standard check-in/check-out time at the hotels is 1200 Hrs (noon). You may also find that many premium hotel’s chain do follow a strict policy of check-in at 2:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Better you check it out with the hotel directly or call one of our travel advisors. For early morning arrivals and late evening departures, we can only put in a request but the same can’t be guaranteed. For a guaranteed early check-in / late check-out, we recommend to book an extra night. We request our clients to please specify while giving us the flights details if required. In case you would like to know about additional facilities provided by hotels, we recommend you either specify it to us well in advance or directly call the hotels to know its availability before confirming your booking.

 

Passports and Visas

You are required to ensure that your passport and travel documentation is in order and that you have obtained the necessary visas for your journey to your preferred destination(s). Should you require assistance on this matter we will be pleased to make recommendations.

 

International and Domestic Air Bookings

Reconfirmation of flight bookings is the responsibility of the traveler. As tour arrangements may be booked to connect with international and domestic air flights, it is your responsibility to keep us updated as to your flight times and numbers.

 

Travel Insurance

It is a condition of booking one of our tours that the traveler is adequately insured for the full duration of the tour in respect of illness, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and curtailment. The choice of insurer is the sole discretion of the client. Advik Travels does not include any travel insurance for travel packages unless clearly specified in our quotation or proposal.

 

Amendments to Confirmed Arrangements

Advik Travels offers its clients tailormade packages of land and / or air services using various suppliers. The price of your travel arrangements is subject to the possibility of changes and surcharges beyond our control and may occur in connection with governmental action, currency exchange rate fluctuation and increases in suppliers’ prices.

While Advik Travels will use its best endeavors to provide all tours as confirmed, reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made without notice if deemed necessary or advisable by our experienced ground staff.

 

Complaints and Claims

Shall you feel unsatisfied with any service Advik Travels has provided, please immediately notify our local representative or us to avoid the potential for similar problems happening further during your trip.

In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email or regular mail in writing within 15 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. Advik Travels will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your tour.

If for any reason, you fail to receive any reply from Advik Travels in regard of your tour status within 48 hours from the time you submitted the request for booking, modifying, or canceling a tour, please contact Advik Travels 24×7 customer support at +91-8126263762 immediately to ensure that we are able to deal with your inquiry under the terms of our ‘Terms and Conditions or Booking Conditions’.

 

Our Liabilities & Limitations
Please note that after the finalization of the Tour Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Government of India, the same would be charged as extra.

Adviktravels.com acts only in the capacity of agent for the Hotels, Airlines, Transporters, Railways & Contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.

All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants’ safety, comfort & general well being.

Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the Hotels, Airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications made by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.

We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural calamity, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, bad weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.

We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. All our esteemed vsitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country well in advance. We may also offer Travel Insurance as a service in case you wish us to arrange it for you.

All baggage & personal belonging(s) at all times are at the client’s risk.

 

Responsibility

Advik Travels shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property in connection with climatic conditions, sea, fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond Advik Travels’ control. Neither Advik Travels nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes.
